Oakleaf Partnership North are seeking a Talent Acquisition Advisor to join our growing professional services client on a permanent basis due to growth in their Manchester office.
As the Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for partnering with recruiters and hiring managers to source highly talented candidates. You will manage all candidates through the initial application and screening process, through to interview and will be accountable for ensuring we provide a superb hiring experience for both our internal and external candidates.
In order to be considered you will be required to demonstrate previous experience of recruiting within Professional Services, engaging and working with senior stakeholders and demonstrating proactive sourcing skills with an eye for detail. You will also be required to travel to London once a month to work with the rest of the team for the designated anchor day.
