Key Responsibilities
- Managing freehold and leasehold property transactions from initial instruction through to completion.
- Addressing enquiries, resolving title issues, conducting searches, and ensuring mortgage conditions are satisfied.
- Preparing contracts and supporting documents, reviewing official copy documents, and ensuring accurate post-completion processes.
- Managing own caseload
Requirements:
- At 2 years PQE
- Strong legal knowledge of the conveyancing process
- Experience managing own caseload
- Excellent communication
