Position Overview:
The opportunity to work for a forward thinking, well-established firm in the centre of Manchester or Liverpool! Our client is on the hunt for a Grade B solicitor to join one of their offices based in Manchester or Liverpool.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling a caseload of claims related to housing and disrepair.
- Drafting letters, reviewing reports and completing relevant documents.
- Issue court proceedings.
- Midiation, negotiation & litigation.
- Collate special damages.
Experience:
- Housing Disrepair experience is needed!
- A strong understanding of the Law relating to the Landlord and Tenant Act 1985.
- Good understanding of Pre-Action Protocol for Housing Conditions.
- Grade B billing and above.
- Strong litigation background.
