This is an OFFICE based role.


My client is a relatively new Law firm, but part of a global family-owned business with a client list of over 35,000 clients. Based in central Manchester, this successful and growing Law firm supports and guides clients covering both contentious and non-contentious legal matters first and foremost to clients within the Group.


As part of exciting expansion plans to meeting increasing business demands we are now looking for an additional Solicitor either Newly Qualified or 1 to 2 PQE, with strong commercial and/or Health & Safety prosecution experience, to work in a new, dynamic expanding team covering a broad range of legal matters including the preparation and conduct of litigation.


The ideal candidate will have directly relevant experience and will relish assuming responsibility for a caseload, in a fast paced but supportive team environment. The focus is on providing remarkable client service and care, along with a firm commercial approach towards enhancing the firms reputation.


Exceptional communication skills essential in order to provide commercial and pragmatic advice to clients, and a range of stakeholders within the group.

The role / responsibilities

Conduct of County Court Litigation.

Regulatory investigations, interviews under caution, inquests and prosecutions arising from accidents / incidents at work.

Commercial Legal advice, Dispute Resolution and potential Mergers and Acquisitions.

Non-contentious Employment Law issues and handling Employment Tribunal cases that arise from insured clients under their Legal Expenses Insurance Policy.

Advice and assistance to companies and associated business within the Group.

This is an OFFICE based role, Monday to Friday.
