What You’ll Be Doing:

• Leading the agency’s growth strategy, with a focus on product development and user experience excellence
• Building and nurturing client relationships, working face-to-face to shape their digital vision and strategy
• Collaborating with designers and engineers to bring best-in-class products to life, ensuring they are both commercially successful and user-focused
• Identifying and securing new business opportunities, leveraging your product expertise and UX insight
• Shaping and refining digital strategies, ensuring the agency remains at the forefront of modern product design and development

What You Bring:

• Proven leadership experience in a product-focused digital agency, SaaS company, or technology consultancy
• A strong background in user experience (UX) with an ability to understand how to build intuitive, high-performing digital products
• Hands-on, client-facing experience, with the ability to engage C-suite stakeholders and product teams alike
• A strategic mindset, with the ability to align business goals with product success
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership skills, guiding teams and clients through complex product journeys
