About the Role:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Project Director to join a renowned agency in Manchester. This role will see you overseeing the successful execution of integrated camp[iagns and projects for a a top client company. You will be working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where you will manage multiple complex projects spanning paid social, content syndication, dynamic display, video, and creative. As a Project Director, you will leverage your extensive project management expertise to collaborate across various teams and time zones, ensuring seamless delivery and maximum client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the delivery of integrated projects, consistently achieving top-quality results and high client satisfaction.

  • Anticipate challenges, proactively mitigate risks, and ensure flawless execution of creative initiatives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and clients, providing strategic advice and resolving complex issues.
  • Partner with stakeholders to execute cross-functional campaigns.

  • Work alongside creative, technical, and commercial teams to develop innovative production solutions that meet client needs.
  • Manage content localisation and transcreation across multiple languages and regions.
  • Optimise project workflows, task prioritisation, approval processes, and quality control.
  • Report project progress to senior management and key stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability.
  • Manage project budgets, resources, and profitability.
  • Scope new projects and prepare associated budgets, timelines, and resourcing plans.
  • Interpret client briefs and maintain effective communication with creative teams.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in delivering projects such as videos, websites, marketing and dynamic digital advertising campaigns.

  • In-depth understanding of the digital landscape and creative production processes.

  • Proficiency in project management tools such as Basecamp.

Soft Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong attention to detail and proven ability to manage intricate projects.
  • Skilled at managing client expectations and timelines.
