Credit Liasion

The Creditor Liaison Agent will be responsible for managing daily communication with creditors, ensuring that all queries from both the client and creditor sides are addressed promptly and effectively. This role requires strong knowledge of the debt management process, a solid understanding of financial regulations, and excellent interpersonal skills.

Duties:-

  • Daily Communication with Creditors
  • Respond to queries from creditors and clients regarding account status, payment history, or any issues related to ongoing debt management plans.
  • Ensure that accurate, up-to-date data is shared with creditors and that all communications are documented appropriately to ensure transparency and compliance.
  • Ensure all communication and data handling comply with the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA)

Experience:-

  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role within the debt management or financial services industry, within an FCA regulated environment.
  • Strong understanding of the debt management process, consumer credit regulations, and FCA guidelines. Familiarity with data sharing protocols and confidentiality standards.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with creditors, clients, and internal teams.
