Coordinate the credit control process with the Property Management team for all properties within the portfolio
Provide excellent customer service to tenants, handling inquiries and arranging payment plans swiftly and professionally
Compile and manage legal recovery files, liaising with third-party solicitors throughout the process
Review and monitor all current credit control processes, implementing changes as necessary
Maintain accurate tenant records and provide general support to the accounts department as required

Preferred Qualifications:

credit control experience, with a proven track record in a supervisory role
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build rapport with tenants and clients
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel
