In this permanent role, you will be responsible for supervising the credit control process, ensuring timely payments from tenants and maintaining strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.   • Coordinate the credit control process with the Property Management team for all properties within the  portfolio
  • Provide excellent customer service to tenants, handling inquiries and arranging payment plans swiftly and professionally
  • Compile and manage legal recovery files, liaising with third-party solicitors throughout the process
  • Review and monitor all current credit control processes, implementing changes as necessary
  • Maintain accurate tenant records and provide general support to the accounts department as required
Preferred Qualifications:
  •  credit control experience, with a proven track record in a supervisory role
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build rapport with tenants and clients
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel
