Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively manage a portfolio of accounts to ensure timely collection of outstanding debts
  • Communicate with clients via telephone, email, and other channels to facilitate debt recovery
  • Monitor and analyse accounts receivable ageing reports, identifying and addressing discrepancies
  • Collaborate with internal departments to resolve billing and payment issues
  • Negotiate payment plans and settlements with clients when necessary
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all collections activities
  • Provide timely and accurate reports on collections performance to the finance team
  • Other Ad-Hoc duties

Profile

The Successful Candidate Requires:

  • Previous experience as a Credit Controller or in a similar role
  • Strong understanding of credit control procedures and debt recovery strategies
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in using financial software and Microsoft Office suite
  • Attention to detail and strong analytical abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
