Key responsibilities:
- Assisting with the management of outstanding debts, ensuring timely collections.
- Communicating with clients and internal teams to resolve account queries.
- Performing regular reconciliations and ensuring all data is accurately recorded.
- Supporting month-end processes and preparing reports for management review.
- Identifying and escalating overdue accounts as needed.
Profile
The successful credit controller requires:
- Prior experience in a finance or credit control role (legal industry experience is a plus but not required).
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and working in a team
