Description

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage customer accounts to ensure timely payments and resolve overdue invoices.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to address credit-related issues.
  • Monitor credit limits and assess creditworthiness of new and existing clients.
  • Setting credit limit and payment terms
  • Prepare accurate reports and maintain financial records.
  • Handle customer queries professionally to maintain strong relationships.

Profile

The successful Credit Controller requires:

  • Previous experience in credit control or a similar finance role.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent organisational abilities with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in financial software such as SAP and Microsoft Office (Excel in particular).
  • A proactive and results-driven approach to problem-solving.
