Description

Key responsibilities:

  • Assisting with the management of outstanding debts, ensuring timely collections.
  • Communicating with clients and internal teams to resolve account queries.
  • Performing regular reconciliations and ensuring all data is accurately recorded.
  • Supporting month-end processes and preparing reports for management review.
  • Identifying and escalating overdue accounts as needed.

Profile

The successful credit controller requires:

  • Prior experience in a finance or credit control role (legal industry experience is a plus but not required).
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and working in a team
