What you'll do:

As a Credit Controller, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the financial health of the organisation. Your primary responsibility will be coordinating cash collection and managing credit control across your ledger. You'll serve as the first point of contact for customers, building strong relationships through effective communication. You'll also collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, presenting debt positions to asset managers and working alongside commercial account managers to resolve customer queries promptly. Your ability to maintain data integrity across systems will be crucial in this role. Additionally, you'll manage relationships with external legal representatives for escalated cases.

* Coordinate the collection of all cash across your ledger according to outlined terms

* Serve as the front line of communication by calling and emailing customers

* Build internal and external relationships

* Maintain data integrity across systems

* Manage complex customer queries and ensure they are resolved either directly or with relevant assistance from colleagues

* Present debt position to asset managers and internal stakeholders

* Collaborate with commercial account managers to resolve customer queries promptly ensuring seamless cash collection

* Produce weekly ledgers to be worked from

* Manage relationship with external legal representative for any escalated cases
