Description

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage debtor accounts ensuring timely payment of invoices
  • Conduct financial analysis to understand the company's financial status
  • Maintain accurate records and prepare reports
  • Resolve any discrepancies or issues with client invoices
  • Communicate with clients regarding billing and payments
  • Coordinate with the sales and customer service teams to ensure accurate billing
  • Conduct credit checks and set up new client accounts

Profile

The successful Credit Controller requires:

  • Credit Control or any transnational experience required
  • Strong knowledge of financial software applications
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly MS Excel
  • Strong analytical skills with an attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
