Key responsibilities:

  • Ensure timely and accurate issuance of invoices and related documentation.
  • Lead and develop the billing team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to address billing inquiries and resolve discrepancies.
  • Monitor and report on billing metrics to drive performance enhancements.
  • Implement and optimise billing systems, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
