Overview:
We're supporting Rolls-Royce SMR in hiring a Resourcing Partner to join their recruitment team on a 6-month contract basis. Reporting directly into the Head of Talent, this role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume recruitment environment and is passionate about delivering a seamless candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and shortlist high volumes of applications across a range of roles

  • Partner closely with hiring managers to support their recruitment needs

  • Manage recruitment administration and ensure accurate tracking via ATS (Workday)

  • Communicate with candidates throughout the process, maintaining a positive candidate experience

  • Coordinate interviews and feedback processes

  • Support the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle in line with internal processes and compliance requirements

About You:

  • Proven in-house recruitment experience is essential

  • Strong administrative skills with experience handling high application volumes

  • Comfortable using ATS systems, ideally Workday

  • Knowledge of the full recruitment lifecycle, from role brief through to offer

  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills

  • Ideally experienced in recruiting within engineering or technical environments

  • Confident communicator, both written and verbal
