What Call Centre Operator Will Be Doing:

  • Handle incoming calls and emails, accurately recording and managing service requests.
  • Coordinate with engineering teams and contractors to keep everything on schedule.
  • Log, track, and manage service requests—making sure issues are resolved quickly and efficiently.
  • Work closely with engineers and contractors to keep everything on schedule.
  • Stay on top of work orders, ensuring smooth operations and top-tier customer satisfaction.
  • Jump in to support your teammates whenever needed - teamwork makes the dream work!

What Will Call Centre Operator Bring:

  • Experience in a call centre, helpdesk, or customer service role.
  • A sharp eye for detail and the ability to multitask.
  • Clear, confident communication skills—you know how to keep things professional and friendly.
  • Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and ideally CAFM systems (Concept preferred).
  • A proactive and professional approach to problem-solving.
  • Available immediately or within a week's notice
