Key Responsibilities:

- Provide pre-sales technical drawings and advice using SketchUp and other associated tools.
- Assist with commissioning, installation, maintenance, and repairs across Europe.
- Offer technical support to field queries and address client needs.
- Participate in trade show preparation and setup within Europe.
- Collaborate with technical support and sales teams for positive outcomes.
- Support customer demonstrations and technical evaluations.
- Stay updated on developments in the AV industry.
- Liaise with HQ R&D and product teams to stay current with product advancements.
- Maintain the service database post customer interaction.
- Assist consultants with technical specifications and queries.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.
- Strong knowledge of IT hardware and network interfacing.
- Proficiency in technical drawings and providing expert advice.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused with an eye for detail.
- Team player with the ability to build strong relationships.
- Relevant technical qualifications preferred.
- At least 5 years of experience in the AV industry.
- Proficiency in Google SketchUp, with experience in other CAD tools being beneficial.
- Proficient in MS Office.

Mobility Requirements:

- Willingness to travel across Europe as needed.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Valid passport and the ability to travel freely within the EU.
