Public Engagement Officer - Remote - £29,000-£32,800 depending on experience & location

If you are a Marketing Executive or Project Management professional with experience in executing marketing engagement campaigns, this could be the role for you.

Our client is looking for an individual who is passionate about the next generation as well as creating communications that inspire action. As a Public Engagement Officer, you’ll support the development of communications across multiple channels. You’ll deepen audience understanding of the challenges that young people face and manage projects end to end.

Working with the wider team who have a focus on strategic planning, journey mapping and multi-channel campaigns aimed at increasing supporter satisfaction and engagement, as a Public Engagement Officer, you’ll be collaborating with colleagues across the organisation to deliver these projects and campaigns.

Your core responsibilities will include:

- Working on integrated campaign planning & delivery

- Generating increased visibility across audiences & digital channels

- Help towards building public awareness & motivate audiences to take action

- Build satisfaction and loyalty of the national supporter base

- Contribute towards a culture of collaboration, innovation, testing and rapid response

- Project manage the end-to-end delivery of multi-channel national campaigns

- Support the development of audience data selection and reporting

- Help to increase action, income & impact which prioritises long-term relationships

Essential Requirements:

- Multi-channel direct response marketing skills

- Project management & delivery

- Written & digital communication skills

- People skills with the ability to collaborate and prioritise tasks

- Financial & Data literacy

- Creative development skills & Knowledge of direct mail & email marketing

- Knowledge of marketing & fundraising regulation
