The Role

We are seeking an Insolvency Specialist to join our dynamic product team in the role of Product Specialist. This team is currently undergoing a major transformation as it transitions to a new SaaS product. This role is ideal for an insolvency professional looking to diversify their skill set and drive transformational change across the industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of the new system and its functionalities to facilitate client transitions.
  • Analyze clients’ current insolvency operations to map the transition to our system seamlessly, ensuring adoption of best practices.
  • Lead the development and execution of project plans to manage the onboarding process in line with the methodology.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align client requirements with project specifications and timelines.
  • Serve as a primary contact for clients during the onboarding process, ensuring successful project completion.
  • Provide additional support for the front-line support team as needed.
  • Assist in test planning and execution, offering structured feedback to support product development.
  • Document requirements, engage with developers, and drive functional upgrades from initial requests to completion.
Key Skills & Requirements:
  • Strong knowledge of corporate and personal insolvency processes.
  • Clear, concise communication skills, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into digestible training material.
  • Working knowledge of Insolvency based systems.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with an innovative and deadline-driven approach.
  • Excellent customer-facing communication skills.
  • Confident facilitator, capable of leading virtual and in-person training sessions.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
