FJA are looking to recruit a Customer Liaison Coordinator on behalf of our client based in the Greater Manchester area. Joining a hugely successful and growing team, you will play a pivotal role in scaling the Sales operations and driving the team towards exceptional performance. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about providing an exceptional Customer experience by effectively liaising with internal and external parties to ensure every step of the Customer journey is smooth and efficient. You will play a pivotal role in driving the business forward and being a key point of contact for all Customers.  Benefits in the role of Customer Liaison Coordinator

 Customer Liaison Coordinator responsibilities;
  • Handle and resolve all queries from clients and third parties
  • Management of internal and external relationships
  • Liaise with customers, various internal departments and suppliers
  • Assist other members of the Management team in driving the business forward and implementing any process or operational improvements
  • Effectively liaise with Customers to ensure accurate updates are provided at each stage of the process
  • Ensure all aftercare activities are implemented and effectively manage any issues through to effective resolution
  • Manage all customer feedback to ensure any required improvements are implemented
  • Get to the root of any issues / problems quickly in order to resolve within required timescales
 The successful Customer Liaison Coordinator must have:
  • Proven working experience in a similar role within Customer Service / Customer Experience
  • Able to manage and drive the Customer experience to the highest standard
  • Excellent communication skills including strong interpersonal and team leadership skills
  • Is computer literate, with experience of Microsoft Office
  • The ability to build strong and lasting customer relationships
  • The ability to cope under pressure and prioritise effectively, as you will be managing multiple customer projects at any one time
