Location: Central Manchester City Centre
Salary: Up to 25,000 per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday 9 - 5 , Saturday working 9 - 1 on a rotational basis

Key Responsibilities of the Customer Service Repair Handler:

  • Responsible for all aspects of the repair management process, including ensuring vehicle repair bookings are met in accordance with service level agreements.
  • Use our IT system to ensure key data is populated.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and communication, offering empathic support to customers whilst liaising professionally with external partners to ensure repairs are completed efficiently and sufficiently.
  • Ensure all company policies are adhered to, including: Data Protection Act, Treating Customers Fairly, GDPR and FCA regulations.
  • Work within the parameters of the Company's policies, values, and mission.

The Key Requirements of the Customer Service Repair Handler:

  • Attention to detail, sound written and verbal communication, planning, time management, and organisational skills are essential to this role.
  • Previous experience working in the repair, claims, or insurance industry is essential.
  • Previous experience in a customer service role in a similar environment is desirable.
