About the Role:
As a Customer Service / Renewal Agent, you will be the primary contact for our customers, helping them manage their accounts, answering inquiries, and handling renewals within this non-advisory role. You will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction and retention, providing excellent service with every interaction.


Key Responsibilities:
* Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with inquiries regarding their accounts and services.
* Manage account renewals and provide information on upgrades or additional services.
* Resolve customer issues effectively and professionally, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
* Educate customers on our financial products and services, emphasising the benefits to encourage renewals and retention.
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
* Meet and exceed individual and team performance targets, including customer satisfaction and renewal rates.


What We're Looking For:
* Experience in a phone-based customer service role is preferred but not essential.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
* A proactive and problem-solving mindset, able to handle challenging situations calmly.
* Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
* Recent graduates and candidates with retail backgrounds are welcome to apply.
* Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems are a plus.
