Customer Service Administrator - Temporary

My client is seeking an experienced Administrator to support their busy team. You will be the first point of contact for all incoming calls and enquiries. We are looking for someone with an excellent telephone manner who is used to handling a high volume of calls. Duties will include;

Key responsibilities for the Customer Service Administrator will include;

  • Providing administrative support to team
  • Act as first point of contact for clients over the phone
  • Answering a high number of incoming calls on a daily basis
  • Dealing with queries from tenants
  • Contacting clients and customers for support
  • Use of CRM system to update and track activity
  • Competent with MS Word and Excel

Key skills required for the Administrator will include;

  • Excellent communication skills and excellent phone manner
  • Good knowledge and experience with Microsoft Word & Excel
  • Ability to work as part of a busy team
  • Experience using CRM systems
  • Good attention to detail
