  • Delivering brilliant customer service, responding to enquiries with a smile, and keeping things professional at all times.
  • Handling orders from start to finish, including processing sales orders and preparing quotes.
  • Taking care of both incoming and outgoing calls, answering customer questions, and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Providing top-notch admin support to the external sales teams and keeping data accurate and up to date.
  • Working closely with the warehouse and procurement teams to ensure speedy delivery and spot-on customisation of products.
  • Managing product returns and keeping customers updated on the latest products and services.
  • Rolling up your sleeves to help out with the team’s workload, making sure targets are met.
  • Becoming a product knowledge whizz so you can advise customers like a pro.
  • Assisting the Customer Services Manager with all things customer communication and taking on any other exciting tasks that come your way.
