Our client, a leading organisation in the industry, is seeking a proactive and dedicated Customer Service Administrator to join their team. As a Customer Service Administrator, you will play a vital role in delivering first-class customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of the Customer Services Team.Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound calls and emails from customers and respond promptly and professionally
  • Make outbound calls to customers, providing assistance and resolving any issues
  • Process sales orders and quotations accurately
  • Manage customer requests for product returns efficiently
  • Work closely with the Warehouse to ensure timely and accurate equipment delivery
  • Collaborate with the Procurement team to ensure accurate customisation and programming of Door Entry Panels
  • Maintain high standards of data accuracy and quality
  • Provide administrative support to external Sales teams
  • Assist the Customer Services Manager in delivering effective customer communications
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve departmental targets
  • Stay updated on the complete range of products to provide accurate information to customers
  • Carry out any other duties as required

Requirements:

  • Strong commitment to providing excellent customer service
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritise work effectively
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data processing
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and SAP
  • Previous experience in customer service or administration is preferred
