Are you an organized and proactive professional with a knack for supporting dynamic teams? Join our fast-growing insurance business as a Customer Service Advisor and become an integral part of our vibrant office in the heart of Spinningfields, Manchester City Centre!We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Advisor to join our team. In this role, you will support our existing policyholders with their renewals through both inbound and outbound calls, ensuring their details and cover levels are accurate and up-to-date.Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to process policy transactions for existing customers.
  • Verify and update customer and policy details as required.
  • Provide advice on policy cover levels and optional extras.
  • Address general inquiries from customers regarding their policy letters.
  • Explain current policy details and any changes to the new policy.
  • Follow call scripts and compliance requirements to ensure quality customer outcomes.
  • Identify and support vulnerable customers with a tailored approach.
  • Offer suitable advice on cover and optional extras.
  • Proactively seek performance improvements and focus on professional development.
  • Meet and aim to exceed all KPIs.
  • Complete required CPD hours.
Essential Skills and Experience:
  • Excellent sales, telephony, and negotiation skills.
  • Passion for customer service and self-motivation.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Superior organization skills and time management.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with clients at all levels.
  • Willingness to take on new challenges.
  • Proficiency in MS applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Ability to comply with FCA regulations and Data Protection Security Policies.
Desirable Experience:
  • Experience in the insurance industry.
  • Experience in an FCA regulated role.
