Customer Service Advisor

  • Location: Manchester City Centre
  • Salary: £24,735 basic
  • Bonus: Uncapped (Expected earnings of £30,000 with bonus)

A growing business based in Manchester City Centre are looking to recruit a number of enthusiastic Customer Service / Sales Agents to join their expanding team.

The role is paying a starting basic salary of £24,735 per annum plus bonus schemes taking your expected overall earnings to be around £30,000.

This role also offers Monday to Friday working hours including a late start / early finish every Friday!

This is an excellent opportunity for anyone with experience within a customer focused role or graduates who are looking for Monday to Friday office work.

The main duties of the role are:

  • You will be checking in on customers who have requested a call through the company's website to gather more information (warm leads!). You will need to take a consultative approach with their customers to help them to make an informed decision.
  • Query handling in response to customer requests with the support of clear information and providing professional customer service
  • Ensure every time you interact with a customer you are determined to provide the customer with the best possible experience.
  • Have the customer at the heart of everything you do.

To be considered for the role of Customer Service Advisor you must possess the following;

  • Have experience within a previous customer service focused role (call centre, retail, hospitality etc.)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Professional attitude and telephone manner
  • Have basic IT skills
