Our client is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Advisor to join their account management team. This role offers the opportunity to deliver world-class care and support to an ever-growing client base across Great Britain. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for any issues or concerns, providing fast, client-focused solutions.

What you'll do:

  • Provide excellent customer service to new and existing clients
  • Understand all client databases and systems to access client and service information
  • Maintain client profiles including additional sites and employee information
  • Manage rescheduling of cancelled appointments
  • Handle client and consultant telephone & email enquiries in line with internal SLAs
  • Provide feedback to line managers to improve processes and promote best practice
  • Support clients on the services they have and look for opportunities to expand their services
