Our client is a leading property maintence management company in Manchester servicing clients around the North West of England. Our client is looking for a polite, responsible and well organised individual to work in the contract services team.
The successful candidate should be able to demonstrate proffesionalism and the ability to assistcustomers with a company's services.Their responsibilities include:
- Passing on feedback:Sharing customer feedback with the product or sales team
- Helping with registration:Assisting customers with account creation or registration
- Checking availability:Checking the availability of products or services
- Providing information:Answering questions and providing information to customers
- Resolving issues:Investigating and resolving customer complaints
- Maintaining records:Keeping a database of customer information and documenting issues and resolutions
- Escalating inquiries:When necessary, escalating inquiries to the appropriate team
- Building relationships:Engaging with customers in a friendly and professional manner
In exchange for this you will be required toto fit in the working hours and paid for your work some of the benefits will include:
- Monday - Friday 7.30am - 4.30pm
- 40 hours per week
