Are you passionate about helping customers? This is a rewarding role being offered on a temporary basis for Motonovo finance.
Hours: 35 per week, shifts between 9 and 6pm Monday to Friday (No evenings or weekends)
Pay Rate - 13.68 per hour
Start: Monday 9th December
Temporary role, initially 12 weeks with the opportunity for this to be extended
Need to be local to Manchester but option to work Remote or Hybrid if preferred
Role - To manage inbound customer calls and complete any related admin tasks in a professional manner. Liaise with all necessary departments to provide assistance to customers
We are looking for
Previous experience working in a customer service environment delivering customer-facing services for at least one year
Able to problem-solve a wide range of complex situations
Able to communicate clearly to our customers
Good organisation skills
