The Best Connection Bolton are Delighted to recruit for our long-standing client based in the Radcliffe area. The client is looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative to join their friendly team. In this role, you will provide exceptional customer support and ensure customer satisfaction by promptly and accurately addressing their needs and concerns. This role is to work in a very busy department. Must be proficient in the use of Excel, Google and Word. Conduct risk assessments, with deliveries, calling stores and internal transport, updating of spreadsheets. This is an exceptional opportunity for a keen and enthusiastic professional person.
You must have a flexible schedule with the ability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays if required.
Pay rate £12.00 an hour, Enhanced for Weekend work.
To start your hours of work will be 0900-1700, monday to friday but in time you will be moved to a 4 on 4 off shift pattern 0700-1900, but additional hours over the weekend may be needed to suit the clients demand.

Responsibilities and duties will include, but not limited to:
*Effectively communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat, to provide prompt assistance and resolve inquiries or complaints.
Identify customers' needs and concerns and provide appropriate solutions or alternatives within company guidelines.
*Acknowledge and respond to customer feedback, suggestions, and inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
*Document all customer interactions, including details of inquiries, complaints, and resolutions.
*Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure seamless customer experience and follow-up on outstanding issues.
*Maintain customer records.
*Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment, fostering teamwork and collaboration.
Skills and Experience:
*Proven customer support experience or experience in a similar role.
*Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate information clearly and concisely.
*Strong active listening and problem-solving skills.
*Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
*Demonstrated ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations.
