My client are a global manufacturer who have a long standing reputation committed to innovation and they are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join there team

Your responsibilities in the role

• Works with moderate work direction
• Identify issues/problems but may need assistance in resolving.
• Worker processes orders,
• prepares correspondence
• Fulfils customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction
• Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.
• Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.

Skills and Experience

• Previous experience within a similar role.
