We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales through effective communication and relationship-building with our customers. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, helping them with their inquiries, resolving issues, and offering products or services that meet their needs.

Duties of the role:

Customer Interaction: Engage with customers via phone, email, and chat to provide information, answer questions, and resolve issues.
Sales: Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services to enhance their experience, upsell and cross-sell when appropriate.
Problem Resolution:Handle customer complaints and concerns with empathy, ensuring a positive resolution and maintaining customer satisfaction.
Product Knowledge:Maintain a deep understanding of the companys products, services, and promotions to effectively communicate with customers.
Record Keeping:Accurately document customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
Team Collaboration:Work closely with the sales and support teams to ensure seamless service delivery and contribute to the achievement of team goals.

The Successful Candidate Must Have:

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey information and build rapport with customers.
Sales Acumen:Strong understanding of sales techniques and the ability to identify opportunities to meet customer needs.
Problem-Solving:Ability to think critically and resolve customer issues effectively and efficiently.
Team Player:Capable of working independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.
Customer-Focused: Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and creating positive customer experiences.
