Are you a highly motivated, energetic individual with a passion for sales and events? We are seeking Events Sales Assistant to support our team in delivering outstanding customer experiences. This role involves assisting with event setup, engaging with customers, driving sales, and ensuring smooth operations throughout the event.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who loves working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and is excited about contributing to the success of unique, temporary retail and experiential events.

Key Role Duties:

Sales Support:
- Assist the Events Sales Manager and team in reaching sales targets.
- Help manage customer inquiries
- Prepare sales proposals, contracts, and presentations for customers.
- Track and manage leads through CRM software or internal systems.

Customer Liaison:
- Serve as a point of contact for customer, responding to inquiries, providing event details, and ensuring smooth communication.
- Support in building and maintaining relationships with customer to ensure repeat business.
- Handle client requests and ensure that their needs are met before, during, and after events.

Marketing and Promotion:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote events and generate leads.
- Attend networking events and trade shows to support business development efforts.

Administrative Tasks:
- Maintain detailed records of event sales, contracts, and client communications.
- Prepare regular sales reports for management, highlighting progress, challenges, and opportunities.
- Ensure all payments and billing processes for events are accurate and timely.
