They are looking for an individual with additional linguistic skills that can support policy holders from countries across Europe. They will provide full industry training and a long term development pathway. Your key responsibilities as a Multilingual Customer Service Advisor* Opening and setting up cases to register on the company database.* Carry out investigations to understand who is at fault for road traffic accidents.* Check for risks of fraud by using police reports, * Identify high value claims and report to management.* Assist with translating statements, police reports and client emails. The package as a Multilingual Customer Service Advisor* Holidays - 28 days per year + UK Bank Holidays (8).
