About the Role
Our expanding client is looking for a skilled 3rd Line Support professional to manage and optimise their product offerings. You'll play a key role in maintaining IT infrastructure, focusing on Microsoft technologies and high-traffic systems. If you're passionate about solving complex IT issues and ensuring seamless product performance, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
* Optimise service desk processes to enhance ticket resolution.
* Manage high-priority requests and collaborate with product teams for timely solutions.
* Identify and automate operational inefficiencies, providing insights for product improvement.
* Work with Customer Success, Sales, and Commercial teams to enhance customer satisfaction.
