Our client, a market-leading organisation, is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join their team. In this role, you'll be at the heart of customer interactions, ensuring a seamless service experience while supporting the smooth operation of the Customer Services Team.
Key Responsibilities:? Customer Interaction:
- Respond promptly and professionally to inbound calls and emails.
- Proactively make outbound calls to assist customers and resolve any issues.
? Order & Process Management:
- Accurately process sales orders and quotations.
- Manage customer requests for product returns efficiently.
? Collaboration & Coordination:
- Work closely with the Warehouse team to ensure timely and precise equipment delivery.
- Assist the Customer Services Manager in delivering effective customer communications.
?? A customer-focused mindset with a strong commitment to delivering excellent service.
?? Order processing experience?? Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.?? Ability to multitask and prioritise workload effectively.?? Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data processing.?? Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
