As a Temporary Customer Service Advisor you will be responding to customer queries via inbound calls as well as emails and providing first hand resolution to the customer.

Client Details

Our client is one of the leading and largest social housing provider within Manchester and they are looking for a Temporary Customer Service Advisor to join their Hulme office on a 6 month temporary basis. This has the opportunity to be extended or go perm!

Description

As a Temporary Customer Service Advisor you will:

  • Resolving customer inquiries promptly and professionally via multi-channels.
  • Managing customer records and updating details as necessary.
  • Proactively identifying customer needs and providing appropriate solutions.
  • Coordinating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Handling and resolving customer complaints.

Profile

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Experience in a similar role within Customer Services/Contact Centre.
  • Able to demonstrate solid experience of successfully managing customer enquiries through to resolution
  • Excellent verbal and written skills across a broad range of audience, with the ability to adapt your style to meet the needs of the individual
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure operating with empathy, understanding and diplomacy.
  • Ability to work effectively as a part of a team
  • Ensure Safeguarding issues are identified and escalated appropriately.
  • Be able to respond to customers differing needs, always taking into consideration vulnerabilities and equality, diversity and inclusion, tailoring services when appropriate.

THIS ROLE WILL BE FULLY OFFICE BASED.
