- Preparing documents from a government department in preparation for scanning including separating sheets, removing staples and separating booklets
- Keying in data from the documents into the computer system
- Scanning the documents to ensure a good digital copy is produced
- A performance driven operation with tight deadlines
- Data Entry, Administration or Scanning experience is required
- Previous experience using scanning equipment is desirable although full training will be provided
- Good written and spoken Italian is essential
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work in a targeted environment
