About the Role:

Are you passionate about data integrity and governance? This is an exciting opportunity for a Data Quality Lead, where you'll play a key role in building and maintaining a cutting-edge Data Governance Framework. You'll work closely with teams across the business to ensure that data is accurate, secure, and used effectively, driving impactful business decisions. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and improve data governance practices to ensure data accuracy and security.
  • Develop policies, procedures, and standards that support our data strategy.
  • Manage data quality metrics and resolve data issues efficiently.
  • Oversee data lifecycle management and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Collaborate across teams to embed data ownership and enhance processes.

What We're Looking For:

  • Strong knowledge of data governance frameworks and industry standards.
  • Experience with data management tools, metrics, and risk mitigation.
  • A proactive team player who is adaptable, solution-oriented, and customer-focused.
  • Strong communication skills with a passion for driving positive change.
