Data Engineer - Manchester (Hybrid) - Up to £65K
Data Engineer - Business Intelligence, T-SQL - SSIS - SSAS - SSRS - Power BI - Data Lakes - SQL - AWS - Cloud - GCP - Azure - BI - Data Warehouse
An international legal client based in Manchester is seeking a skilled Data Engineer to join their team.
This role offers a fantastic opportunity to work on cutting-edge data projects, supporting analytics and business intelligence initiatives. The Data Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining data warehouses and databases that drive strategic decision-making. You will be in the office 3 days a week.
Key Skills the Data Engineer will have:
- At least 3+ years of experience as a Data Engineer.
- Strong expertise in SQL, T-SQL, and the Microsoft BI stack (SSIS, SSAS, SSRS).
- Previous experience designing, developing, and maintaining data warehouses and ETL pipelines.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Experience with modern data architectures (Data Lakes, Data Factory) is beneficial
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Previous client-facing experience is a plus.
