£35,000 - £40,000 + Uncapped Commission (Year 1 OTE £80K+) Bonuses + Remote + Progression + Company Benefits

Are you a Design or Sales Engineer from a CCTV/ Security or similar background looking to design the next generation of security systems while being fully trained on business development and sales so you can earn uncapped commission?

This role would suit a candidate who has experience with CAD (Ideally Bluebeam - training to be provided on this) and a passion for designing the next generation of security systems (CCTV, Motion detectors, and similar), where you will get to see your designs come to life.
The company have seen continual growth since their establishment in 2004 and will give you the opportunity to design for large scale projects across the commercial sector where each design is completely bespoke.
In this remote role you will be responsible for winning new business and working with existing customers to design security systems in the commercial industry working on a variety of large scale products. You will be finding new business and then discuss the technical applications of products before passing designs to the installation team and other departments as you undertake end-to-end project work.
The Role:
* Working with new and existing clients to sell and design security
* Remote based work with office visits 2/3 times a month
* Uncapped commission and bonuses to increase your earnings
The Person:
* Experience in the security industry (experience with how to design CCTV, Motion detectors systems, and similar)
* Experience with CAD (Ideally Bluebeam - training to be provided on this)
* Looking to progress within a Sales role
