Snowflake Data Architect - 110,000-125,000

I am currently working a global data consultancy who are looking to hire an experienced Data Architect with strong Snowflake experience as they look to help their clients modernise their cloud platforms. They are supporting their clients when working towards their AI implementation goals and you will be responsible for delivery on a variety of projects.

You will join an organisation who specialise in the delivery of Snowflake projects and you will use your experience to take the lead on a number of different initiatives. You will join a growing business which has a team based around the world in locations such as America, the UK and mainland Europe. As well as using your expertise to provide first class support to clients, you will also be support by the business to continue your ongoing development and be given the platform to work towards your career goals from day one.

The business have a strong culture focused around rewarding its team member where your inputs and efforts will be recognised by senior leaders. You will be able to make a huge impact on the ongoing success of this global business whilst working with cutting edge technologies.

As part of this role, you will be responsible for some of the following areas.

  • Work with clients to understand their business goals and design scalable data solutions focused around Snowflake
  • Optimise data structures by applying advanced data modelling techniques
  • Design data ingestion solutions and ensure successful implementation within clients data environments
  • Review performance of data processing and ensure the successful resolution of any performance issues
  • Work to define data governance policies ensuring a focus on data quality, privacy and compliance

This is a salaried role paying up to 125,000 per year depending on experience. This is a remote opportunity where you will be able to work anywhere across the UK.

To be successful in this role you will have.

  • Proven experience as a Data Architect focusing on Snowflake solutions
  • Strong working knowledge of Data integration techniques (ETL, ELT and data pipelines)
  • Strong hands-on data modelling experience
  • Strong communication skills and project management experience
