Data Engineer - Fabric/Azure SpecialistManchester (Hybrid)Up to 70k dependant on experienceAs a Data Engineer, you be working with a fantastic data consultancy to help clients maximise their data assets for strategic decision-making. You'll design, develop, and optimise data solutions while guiding clients through complex data challenges.Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver data solutions in Fabric, Azure Data Factory, or Synapse.
  • Develop performant end-to-end solutions using SQL, Python, and cloud-based databases.
  • Implement data governance, modeling, ETL/ELT, Data Lakes, Warehousing, and BI solutions.
  • Apply Agile, DevOps, Git, APIs, Containers, and Microservices in data engineering.
  • Work with Spark, Kafka, or Snowflake as needed.
  • Strong stakeholder management and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to deliver high-quality solutions under tight deadlines.
  • Experience collaborating in client-facing environments.
  • Awareness of industry standards and best practices.

Ideally you will be certified in the following.

  • DP-203 Azure Data Engineering
  • Microsoft Certified: Fabric Analytics Engineer Associate
