T2M Resourcing are working on behalf of successful global manufacturing company who generate £4b revenue with operations in Europe, The Americas and Asia. This is a newly created role for a

OTC Data Specialist to elevate their master data management practices. Reporting directly to the OTC Global Product Owner, this remote role offers the opportunity to drive innovation, simplify processes, and champion data excellence within a dynamic organization.

The OTC Data Specialist will work closely with the Shared Services Centre(s) and other cross-functional teams to support effective and compliant data-driven operations across the organisation.

As OTC Data Specialist key tasks will include:

  • Master Data Integrity & MaintenanceEnsure customer master data is clean, accurate, and consistently maintained to support day-to-day activities and future system go-lives.
  • Process Simplification and InnovationPropose and implement simplification, automation, and innovation initiatives in alignment with Global Functions and the Business.
  • Data Quality ImprovementIdentify and support initiatives for process re-engineering and continuous improvement to enhance data quality and accuracy across customer master data in partnership with the GPO.
  • Training & Knowledge SharingDevelop and deliver structured training sessions to ensure global understanding of new processes and tools related to customer master data management.
  • Change Request ManagementSupport the prioritisation and implementation of Application Change Requests (ACRs) to improve data systems and processes.
  • Robotic Process Automation (RPA) UtilisationLeverage Robotic Process Automation and related technologies to drive efficiencies and accuracy in customer master data management.
  • Change AgentAct as a change agent within the company, promoting best practices and continuous improvement in data management.
  • Report Management and DevelopmentMonitor and run finance related management data reports to support all OTC projects in line with company strategy.
  • KPI Monitoring and DevelopmentMonitor and develop KPIs for AR and customer reporting and analysis, working closely with business areas to ensure ongoing alignment and improvements.

To be successful as OTC Data Specialist you will have the following skills, experience and attributes:

  • Educational BackgroundRelevant qualifications or experience demonstrating technical knowledge and capability in OTC master data management. Equivalent hands-on experience in OTC process and master data will also be considered.
  • Technical and Analytical SkillsProficient in SAP with a strong knowledge of data management and analytics tools. Good Excel, Teams, and Microsoft applications skills are expected.
  • Conceptual and Analytical AbilitiesStrong conceptual skills with a keen interest in analytics, data quality improvement.
  • Continuous Improvement MindsetAbility to research and adopt emerging technologies, challenging current ways of working to improve data accuracy and process efficiency.
