Position Overview: This role offers you a unique opportunity to develop your expertise in a niche area of debt recovery. You will be responsible for resolving low-value outstanding parking charges, primarily handling inbound calls with a focus on first-call resolution. The position involves working towards both personal and team targets while maintaining a professional and empathetic approach to managing sensitive conversations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Resolve outstanding parking charges by contacting individuals, predominantly through inbound calls.
  • Aim for first-call resolution while meeting client and company expectations.
  • Record accurate information from customer interactions.
  • Manage challenging conversations with professionalism and empathy.
  • Work towards personal and team targets to maximise income potential.
  • Handle multi-channel communication effectively (email, phone, etc.).
  • Follow established processes and guidelines to deliver high-quality customer service.

About You:

  • Experience in sales, collections, negotiation, or working towards targets in the financial sector is preferred.
  • Strong questioning, negotiating, and communication skills.
  • A resilient, empathetic, and solution-oriented approach to handling sensitive situations.
  • Confident telephone manner with the ability to de-escalate and resolve customer issues positively.
  • Self-motivated, with a strong work ethic and the ability to meet realistic targets.
