Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of a residential building, ensuring smooth functioning.
  • Respond promptly to tenant inquiries, concerns, and complaints.
  • Coordinate maintenance and repairs for the building, including contracting with vendors and scheduling services.
  • Conduct regular inspections of the property to identify maintenance needs and ensure compliance with safety and building codes.
  • Maintain accurate records of building expenses, income, and tenant communications.
  • Assist in coordinating move-in and move-out processes for tenants, including inspections and security deposit handling.
  • Ensure common areas are clean, well-maintained, and inviting for residents.
  • Handle emergencies and security issues effectively, implementing necessary protocols to ensure resident safety.
  • Foster positive relationships with tenants to encourage retention and satisfaction.

Work/Life Balance:

There are 3 shifts: (7AM-3PM / 9AM-6PM / 12PM-9PM) in the working week and 1 in 3 weekends.

Salary: £30,000 - £34,000 DOE + 20% Bonus
