Cobalt is seeking an Associate Director for a 12 month fixed-term contract in Manchester. This role will see you joining a leading property company, with a global presence beyond their extensive portfolio in the North West, and taking on a key leadership role within the Manchester team. Within this hybrid role, you'll spend part of your week based at a major commercial asset overseeing the operational management of it, with full control over your location and diary for the rest of the week.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the TFM provision within your properties;
  • Directly leading a building management team across a wider portfolio;
  • Managing the procurement and management of service providers across hard and soft service providers;
  • Setting and managing service charge budgets across the portfolio;
  • Assisting with implementing FM strategies across the portfolio;
  • Promoting occupier engagement through tenant meetings and placemaking initiatives;
  • Supporting the Facilities Director with wider initiatives.

Our client is looking for a proven leader, with the a track record of building relationships with high performing stakeholders from key tenant representatives, suppliers, and clients. An IOSH or NEBOSH is essential, whilst IWFM membership would be advantageous.
