Responsibilities:

  • Support the busy facilities team in handling a wide range of issues, including broken lifts and other maintenance challenges.
  • Escalate issues within the buildings to ensure a prompt resolution.
  • Assist in quoting building work and maintaining accurate records.
  • Arranging Contractors and Coordinating jobs.

Work Schedule and Location:

  • This is a hybrid role, with 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home. 8:30 AM to 5 PM, Monday to Friday.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in facilities administration or a similar role.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently.
  • Proficiency in quoting building work and escalation management.
